As the last step in their collection process, most
clients send out some form of Final Demand Letter. More
often than not, these letters have no effect on getting
the debt paid. A Free Ten Day
Demand letter sent certified mail from VeriCore generates
the best results.
By
sending our free 10 day Demand Letter via certified
mail, you can rest assured that your customer gets one
final chance to fulfill their obligation to you. If,
after this warning, they still decide not to pay, you
can feel comfortable that you tried your best to give
them ample warning.
Understand that this letter is a
final demand and VeriCore will begin collection action
on the 11th day if they have not paid you what they
owe.
- They must actually pay what they owe you. A promise
to pay simply doesn’t count.
- If they don’t pay you, VeriCore needs to
begin collection work immediately.
Part of the VeriCore demand letter service is to keep
proper records of all the Certified Mail Receipts. This
way, you can rest assured that
your demand letter was delivered and signed for.
You won’t ever have to hear, “I never received
your letter” when using our Demand Service; and
your customers will know that you take your delinquent
receivables seriously.
Unlike most collection agencies, VeriCore will send
our demand letters via certified mail to any customer
of yours that owes you more than $500. We will of course
send out our Ten Day Demand letter on balances less
than $500 as well; we just don’t send them via
certified mail.
